Hello and welcome to the Stafford Hypnosis web site. My name is Julie Cain and I am a registered nurse and a registered hypnotherapist.

I have worked as a registered nurse for the NHS for 30 years and during that time have developed many life and people skills. As a hypnotherapist in independent practice I utilise these skills to the advantage of my clients to benefit them in their endeavour to overcome problems and change habits, which may be restricting their life. I believe hypnotherapy to be complimentary to traditional medical practice and its benefits many and varied.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and am bound by their professional code of conduct.
